CHATSWORTH, Calif.—Rob Rotten's Punx Productions has named late director Clive McLean and talent agent Mark Spiegler as the 2012 inductees into its Rotten Hall of Fame.
Founded in 2010, the Rotten Hall of Fame honors individuals Rotten and his associates feel have shown true dedication and service to the business, rewarding them them with a celebratory plaque and a permanent spot on the Punx Productions Hall of Fame web page.
"It's kind of silly, but it's also kind of rad, just to give special recognition to people who in my opinion and the opinion of some of my colleagues need or deserve some extra recognition for their services to the adult industry," Rotten told AVN.
"Mark is the man, he totally deserves it," Rotten continued. "I met him on my very first shoot ... he's an awesome guy. And unfortunately Clive McLean passed a number of years back, but he was really an amazing guy, and it's really awesome to see Erica [McLean, Clive's widow] forging on, which I know isn't easy for her, and doing some really cool stuff with her own spin on stuff that she obviously learned [from] Clive."
Previous Rotten Hall of Fame inductees are: Jim Powers, Wendy Nitz, Tony Lovett, Jim Nitz and Hillary Scott.
