Private Media Group announced today the signing of a binding letter of intent with RHF Productions Ltd. that calls for the distribution of a new Private adult television channel in the United Kingdom.
The channel will be launched in January 2006 and replace the Private Blue channel which was established in the UK in 2000. The new channel will primarily be available as a pay-per-view channel via the BSkyB Digital Satellite platform. The BskyB platform currently carries more than 7.4 million subscribers.
Private CEO Berth Milton said, “Our Private Blue channel, a reference in adult entertainment in the UK since its launch in 2000, now enters a new phase offering viewers – new and old- the latest trends as well as our renowned theme blockbusters. The Private Blue channel will benefit from RHF Productions’ extensive editing and packaging skills together with the marketing opportunities available to the company."
