Chatsworth, Calif.—Appropriately enough, Private Media Group is hosting a screening party for An Open Invitation: A Real Swingers Party in San Francisco in the city where it was shot. The soiree—which takes place Saturday, July 17 at 7 p.m. at San Francisco’s Club Kiss—is an opportunity to enjoy this stylish adult feature about the swinger lifestyle in an entirely apropos milieu.
The night will open with a cocktail reception and panel presentation, courtesy of Good Vibrations and Club Kiss. Panelists will discuss the contemporary swinging lifestyle, the changing dynamics of modern relationships, and the influence that a new generation of women is having on the adult industry.
The panel will feature Open Invitation director Ilana Rothman and lead actress India Summer; Club Kiss hosts and Open Invitation cast members Sarah and Chris Kiss; Dossie Easton, author of The Ethical Slut: A Guide to Infinite Sexual Possibilities; and Carol Queen, grand dame of San Francisco’s progressive sex scene.
The event will be attended by a number of mainstream media outlets, including The New York Times and USA Today.
The screening of An Open Invitation: A Real Swingers Party in San Francisco will conclude the evening, followed by a couples’ after party at Club Kiss at 10 PM. Kelly Moe, the artist who earned Open Invitation an AVN Awards pre-nomination for Best Movie Soundtrack, will be performing live at the event for a crowd that will include Seda, Gia Darling and other cast members.
