Adult mobile entertainment specialists Private Mobile BV launched their new and improved Mobile chat application in 17 countries late last week.

The new and improved chat module offers six lingual chat moderators. Profiles of chatters are easier to access and more detailed, resulting in a better chat experience and making it easier for moderators to offer more services, such as content, diaries and video. Every keyword on a short code is now connected to visual screens and profiles, so the girls know exactly which profile they must handle when chatting with end-users.

Everything is accessible through any Internet browser, without the need for installing error-prone client software. With the chat module and the auto-message-status, the moderator can, for example, easily monitor waiting times of registered users and monitor and place unanswered messages. Incoming messages are assigned to their respective moderator by automatic keyword and profile recognition. A moderator can store the profile data of users into a customer profile, and every detail is automatically stored into a database or address book. For example, moderators can now recall the record of the last conversation with a user at any time and make special offers of content and subscription-based services to the end-user.

"The speed of the module [increased] 500 percent, and we are aiming to reach a speed increase of 600 percent," Slagmolen added. "For our clients, this means that it will bring a lot more business to them, as the moderators can now act and present faster and better through the new chat platform."

Client access and administrator rights are individually controllable through their manager module, the place where statistics and reports can be obtained and viewed per moderator, day, keyword, etc. Different functionalities, rights, and user features are also done from the manager module.
