Czech Republic-based production company Moiré Candy recently signed a deal to produce 11 movies in 2007 for the Private Media Group in 2007.
Moiré Candy, just a little over a year old, is co-owned by directors Max Candy and Lois Moiré. The company will produce five originally scripted features and six movies for a new line called Private Auditions.
The young, European company also recently signed Slovakian talent Claudia Rossi and Keana Moire to multiple-production deals.
A representative for Private Media Group said that the company has had incredible success with Moiré Candy’s previous releases, Kill Thrill and Private Dive and fully expects the creative and talented directing duo to continue to produce award winning movies.
Moiré Candy specializes in what Candy calls “rock video-style feature porn movies.” The company’s first production under the new agreement will be released in March of 2007.
Private is a multi-platform-based adult entertainment company, offering subscription-based porn through movies, magazines, the Internet, its broadband video on-demand site, along with live sex chat, adult personals, DVD rental service, and an online shop. Private won AVN’s Best Foreign Feature award last year for Robinson Crusoe on Sin Island. The company is known for launching the careers of several top starlets, including Monica Sweetheart and Silvia Saint.
