While the American economy may be lagging compared to the boom days of the late 1990s, it’s hard to convince Premiere Sales Group owner Keith Repult that the economy isn’t as robust as ever. Things are going so well for his adult distribution company that he’s just doubled his warehouse space for the fourth time in five years.
Over the weekend, Premiere Sales annexed the building next to theirs, expanding their Valencia warehouse space from 10,000 square ft. to 25,000 square ft.
“We busted down the walls between the two buildings and enlarged the shipping space so I could buy more product at better pricing, so I could pass the savings on to my customers,” Repult said.
Premiere Sales Group distributes titles from major manufacturers to Adult retailers across the United States, as well as to several foreign countries.
Repult, who has been distributing Adult videos for 20 years, began Premiere Sales five years ago, starting with four employees and 1,000 square feet of warehouse space. As business grew, so did the warehouse – expanding to 2,000 square ft., then 5,000, then 10,000, before this most recent expansion. The staff grew as well, from the original four employees to 20.
Repult credits the growth of his business to superior customer service. Premiere Sales’ phone calls are forwarded to his personal cell phone after normal business hours so that he can offer 24/7 service. “If my customers have a problem, we correct it immediately. I don’t wait for them to get the call tag and get the merchandise back to me – we get this sorted right away.”
New warehouse space wasn’t the only thing Premiere has built lately. They recently finished building a new booth for tradeshows that resembles a movie theater, complete with popcorn machines and seats with drink holders.
