Pole Katz Helps Women Bring Out Their Exotic Side

What's better than your special little lady pole dancing for you? No, not an order of chili cheese fries while she does it, but close. How about her taking the time to teach herself all those crazy upside down tricks and maneuvers your favorite pole jockey at Déjà Vu is always doing?

Created by Kelly Meade and Carine Ozias of new company Puss 'N Bootz Productions, the video Pole Katz 101, directed by Bill Del Riego, offers a step-by-step training regimen. The viewer is taken from the basics of hanging on to the pole to more complicated moves like "The Chopper," which involves dangling upside down and swinging around with the legs spread.

"I wanted to learn how to do it, so my girlfriend [Ozias] and I learned," Meade told AVN.com. "My girlfriend teaches women how to do it professionally, and she also teaches women how to do it for their husbands or boyfriends or partners; some women just want to learn to do it for themselves. I always wanted to be able to do it, and I just learned how."

According to PoleKatz.com, the

best reason to buy Pole Katz 101,

which teaches women the art of

pole dancing, is that "(t)he pole in

the bedroom is a key negotiating

tactic during the signing of

pre-nuptials."

The next step was to pass that knowledge on to others via 101. "I would have [pole danced professionally]," Meade said, "but I was too afraid 'cause I didn't know how to do it. There weren't any videos, you know. And so that's why we did the video.

"It's really hot right now, a lot of women are getting into it. We teach over twenty pole-dancing tricks. We start with the most basic, then it gradually gets to the most difficult. It's really hard to do it and look graceful. But the good thing is, the less clothes you wear, the better it is on the pole. So that's why you need to be naked!"

Not interested solely in putting out a video line, Meade and Ozias plan to make Pole Katz a merchandising franchise that will include signature cartoon characters drawn by Neal Von Slue.

"I also am doing these cartoon characters called Pole Katz for t-shirts and underwear and hats and stuff like that," Meade explained. "And they're just like little pole-dancer stripper girls."

Puss 'N Bootz Productions is currently looking for a distributor to take on Pole Katz 101, but in the meantime the video can be purchased at the company's Website, PoleKatz.com.

According to Meade, 101 is sure to bring out the naughty sex kitten in any woman: "It's more fun to be the bad girl, right?"
