New Jersey-based Pleasure Productions has acquired high-end feature production house, Simon Wolf Productions.
John Chambliss, Simon Wolf's owner, said today that he reached a deal with Pleasure owners Frank and Michael Kay on Feb. 1. The deal includes the company’s extensive library of titles and recent releases. No others details were disclosed.
“The conveyance of Simon Wolf to Pleasure is because I want to exit the adult business,” Chambliss said.
“I basically want to spend my time developing mainstream movies, but I’m overjoyed that Michael and his brother Frank will have Simon Wolf and distribute its titles.”
The four-year-old company’s recent releases include Bucking Blonde Bottoms, Sex Addicts, Spicy Young Tarts and Ravishing Beauties of Simon Wolf.
