Playboy Partners With Moneymaker Gaming for Poker Line

Playboy Enterprises, Inc. today announced a deal with Moneymaker Gaming to create co- branded poker product. Chris Moneymaker, who gained widespread notoriety after turning $40 into $2.5 million at the World Series of Poker, launched Moneymaker Gaming earlier this year. The collection will be available throughout North America, and will include poker chips, poker chip sets, poker tables, poker collectibles, and accessories.

"Poker is a logical brand extension for Playboy, and Moneymaker Gaming is a natural partner," says Sarah Haney, director of entertainment licensing for Playboy. "Poker legend Chris Moneymaker becoming an overnight success reflects the aspirational Playboy lifestyle. Playboy Poker offers amateur and professional players an opportunity to partake in the good life."

Moneymaker Gaming will showcase product at the WSOP Lifestyle Show this week and MAGIC Las Vegas in August. Initial product will include a signature poker chip set and high-end poker table, retailing at PlayboyStore.com, MoneymakerGaming.com, and the Playboy Concept Boutique, Las Vegas. In addition to Playboy, Moneymaker Gaming currently holds licenses for NASCAR drivers Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Rusty Wallace, and Ryan Newman, as well as Death Row Records.

"Poker and Playboy go hand in hand," says Moneymaker, the 2003 World Series of Poker champion. "It's a match made in Las Vegas heaven, and I'm honored to bring them together. We're committed to making Playboy a dominant player at the poker table."
