Platinum Blue has named industry veteran Keith Gordon as head of its domestic DVD sales division, effective Dec. 1.
Gordon, whose career spans 17 years, heads New York-based Sunset Media USA and its European division. Gordon, through Sunset Media, will handle Platinum Blue’s sales. Platinum Blue CEO Skye Blue will remain in charge of foreign sales and broadcast rights.
Blue said Gordon brings valuable experience to her company.
“Our relationship spans over 15 years,” Blue said.
“We’ve continued our business relationship to the present day with the Gothic line that I created and continue to direct. He knows my product very well and has always been successful in selling movies I’ve produced and directed. It seemed only logical that we came on board together.”
Meanwhile, Platinum Blue has recently released Airgazmic, starring Nicole Sheridan and Naudia Nyce and Lust in Time, with Tiffany Taylor and Cassie Courtland.
