HILLSBOROUGH, N.C.—Adam & Eve Pictures has inked a deal for Peter Reynolds’ Plaid Bag Media to represent the studio for worldwide content licensing. The exclusive agreement covers broadcast, cable, internet and wireless for all Adam & Eve Pictures’ titles.
Reynolds formerly worked for Adam & Eve from 2006-08 as the company’s vice president of sales while heading up its California office. Reynolds formed Plaid Bag Media in July 2008 and Adam & Eve signed on as its first client.
Coincidentally, Reynolds signed his exclusive licensing deal with Adam & Eve Pictures two years to the day that he formed Plaid Bag Media.
“Peter’s unique understanding and perspective regarding Adam & Eve’s needs have helped forge a special relationship between the two companies,” Adam & Eve Pictures General Manager Bob Christian said. “Heading into the future, we feel that Peter has our best interests at heart and he can best represent us in a fast-changing business environment.”
Reynolds, an industry veteran, also has previously has worked for VCA Pictures, Vivid Entertainment, Leisure Time, Caballero and Zane Entertainment/Fantastic Pictures.
