Philly Cops Hunt Flasher

food restaurant workers in Northeast Philadelphia. According to the police, the suspect, caught on surveillance camera, appears to be in his early 20s, with a light complexion and African American and Asian features. He also appears to be 5 feet, 9 inches to 6 feet tall, weighing 160 to 170 pounds. He also has a tattoo on the left side of his neck spelling out Mike or Mikey.

"He just appears as a customer, makes an order, and then he exposes himself," said Lt. Michael Boyle of the Special Victims Unit. Boyle said that the man, who investigators believe has struck at least five times in the last three months, sometimes preys on workers inside the restaurant and also commits his offenses at the drive-through window.

In one instance, police believe he had a child in the car with him. In all the cases, his victims were females. "As far as I know, he said nothing other than [first placing] his order," Boyle said.

In at least four of the incidents, the man has thrown bodily fluids at his victim. Three people have reported being struck, police said. The most recent incident occurred shortly after 10 p.m. Sunday at the Dunkin' Donuts, 3200 Red Lion Rd. The suspect escaped in a small blue vehicle.
