Petridis Leaving Jettis, Lawson Takes Over Operations

Payment service provider Jettis (www.jettis.com) has announced that Kjell Petridis, Jettis’ president for the past five years, is leaving the company effective February 18.

Petridis is leaving to explore other opportunities in the credit card processing industry; though, he will remain as a consultant to the company. Meanwhile, CEO Ken Lawson is taking over day-to-day operations while conducting a nationwide search to replace Petridis.

“Kjell’s contributions had a tremendously positive impact on Jettis over the years and he will be missed. Kjell has agreed to stay on board in a consultant capacity to ensure that clients, company and shareholder needs continue uninterrupted,” Lawson said in a statement.

Petridis’ new venture will be startup, L3 Payments, LLC. The new company will offer Jettis’ products and services, according to Petridis.

“For clients that have their own merchant accounts or are in need of ACH processing, scrubbing and gateway services, there is no better solution available in the marketplace than Jettis,” he said.
