Patrick Now Officially A Vivid Girl; Digital Playground Retains Novelty Rights and More

A yearlong legal battle and its accompanying drama are now officially over – today Digital Playground and Tera Patrick jointly announced that they have amicably resolved their differences

Details of the settlement between the studio and their estranged star began to emerge last week, after Patrick announced that she was a Vivid Girl and the legal battle between herself and Digital Playground was now over.

While neither party offered much in the way of new details, the joint statement confirmed that Vivid Entertainment will compensate Digital Playground with an undisclosed amount, and Patrick will become a Vivid girl.

Digital Playground will continue to market its exclusive "Tera Patrick Virtual Sex” line of novelties with California Exotic Novelties, and Digital Playground will continue to operate TeraPatrick.com. Sources suggest that both deals will last at least three more years.

Tera will be forming Teravision, her own production company that will produce and distribute adult videos in conjunction with Vivid Entertainment. Patrick will operate her own official Website OfficialTeraPatrick.com.

Sources from within Vivid suggest that Patrick’s first movie for them will be directed by Chi Chi LaRue, with Patrick’s husband Evan Seinfeld performing as her sexual partner.

Seinfeld is well known for his role on the hit HBO series Oz.
