Mike Ross reports: "Today, the US Supreme Court will hear Paps AM v Erie, presented by John Weston. The case will set landmark precedences and will affect the industry no matter which way the Court decides. The decision is due in March or April of next year. In attendance will be over a dozen industry leaders, including the NCA. What makes this interesting is that we started last week with no reserved seating, yet wound up with at least two, possibly three tickets.
"How? We applied for a ticket based on our status as the industry's political representatives in Congress. Second, John Weston asked that a seat be reserved on our behalf. Finally, based on the fact that we will be reporting on this issue professionally, Deja Vu's Showgirls Magazine applied for press credentials which were expected to be granted."
