Orgasmic Meditation Xperience Scheduled for August in SF

SAN FRANCISCO—OneTaste, an organization dedicated to bringing Orgasmic Meditation and everything that goes with it to the world, is presenting an Orgasmic Meditation Xperience Aug. 9-11 at the Regency Center in San Francisco.

OneTaste offers training in orgasm, communication, and man-woman relationships through online media and in-person coaching and courses. At the heart of the company is orgasmic meditation.

Orgasmic meditation—OM for short—is a 15-minute practice consisting of two partners (traditionally a man and a woman) with one person getting into a specified position and lightly stroking a specific point on his female partner’s upper left-hand quadrant of her clitoris. During that time, both partners place all of their attention to the point of contact between them, noticing what arises in them. There is no goal except to feel what is happening in the moment.

“OM offers individuals a way to connect to their sex in a way most have never experienced before,” explained Nicole Daedone, founder of OneTaste and author of Slow Sex: The Art and Craft of the Female Orgasm. “Like yoga or meditation, OM is something you do every day, and its benefits increase with time. Women learn how to open up sexually. Men learn how to feel more. Both partners learn to feel more in sex and in life.”

The practice has been featured in The New Yorker, Time.com, the Deepak Chopra Network, Salon and more.

The Orgasmic Meditation Xperience is a three-day event where people from around the world are coming together to talk, discover and practice orgasm. Whether you’re new to the practice of orgasmic meditation or you’ve been OMing for a while, the OMX is for anyone who’s interested in learning how to strengthen their relationships and connections with people in all areas of their life.

Over the course of the three days, there will be lectures from Daedone and Master Stroker Ken Blackman.

There will be orgasmic meditation training and philosophy sessions as well as presentations on the benefits of orgasm from medical doctors. Presenters also will share new research findings that specifically relate to the benefits of a regular OM practice.

Early-bird registration for OMX is $395; regular price is $795. To register for the event, or for more information, visit TheTimeForOrgasm.us. For more information on OneTaste, visit OneTaste.us.
