Oprah's O Magazine Recommends SugarDVD

CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Online adult rental service SugarDVD is mentioned in the July edition of Oprah Winfrey's O magazine. In an article by sex educator Violet Blue about porn and women, she discusses new studies that show how women can enjoy and positively relate to porn.

Blue recommends SugarDVD — as well as other progressive elements of the adult industry like directors Candida Royalle and Tristan Taormino, Blue Productions and Comstock Films — in her story saying, "It offers [a] diverse video selection and stringent privacy policies. With porn, women like me get to experiment with making adult choices and trying on new fantasy ideas."

"Oprah is one of the largest names in the world, this mention did a lot for the strength of our brand," said SugarDVD CEO, Jax. "It was the first time we saw a record of her covering adult. It felt good to see our site acknowledged as the best place to rent adult DVDs online in her magazine."

O magazine was founded by Winfrey in 2000. Its paid circulation is over 2.7 million copies per month.
