On The Edge turns 50

-- Question: Does life begin (or, for you pessimists, end) at 50?\n Answer: "We wanted to end our On The Edge series while still on top," explained RedBoard Video's big kahuna, Duck Dumont. "Kym Wilde wanted to concentrate on other ideas, and put more energy into the Virgin Kink line as well. She felt that she'd done as much as she could with OTE, and that it was beginning to become too repetitive."\n The top-selling series is slated to end at big number 50, in a two-hour all-star extravaganza. San Francisco's Kennedy Leather is designing a special outfit for Wilde to wear in her exit. OTE 50 will be released in January, 1999. \n Wilde's fans can rejoice in the birth of Pain, RedBoard's new series which replaces the long-running OTE. \n According to Dumont, Pain will take the viewer, as well as Wilde, to another mind-altering plateau altogether. The debut's first scene stars the mother/daughter domination team of Jennifer and Artemis Antone. The damaging duo tied Wilde to a tree, administered a hearty whipping and then left her tied up on the ground.\n "I had to cut her free, because her arms were turning blue," said Dumont. "We had to end it there because it was just too rough. It was too much pain!"\n Kink Meister Jamie Gillis is scheduled to make some noteworthy appearances in the series, which is slated for release in September. \n Viewers will be treated to Seymore Butts' first-ever appearance in a bondage video, in an upcoming Virgin Kink episode. Butts will be, well, a top.\n "He wouldn't bottom," laughed Dumont. "But you know, Kym has way of turning things around!"
