Hold your horses on the court papers. According to Elegant Angel GM Dion Giarusso, Elegant hasn't filed an injunction against Extreme Associates over Miscreants, Too.
"I don't think he's [Patrick Collins] going to do that," Giarusso said. "Well they were advertising it in some magazine, but if Extreme's not going to do it [shoot it, that is], I'm sure Pat's not going to do it [the injunction]."
