No Blue for Red Bird

An adult megastore has bowed to community protests against its opening in Dallas/Ft. Worth suburb Red Bird, according to a WFAA-TV report.

The store, owned by Paul Radnitz and partners, proprietors of Dallas' New Fine Arts adult outlets, is still under construction and will now be placed on the selling block for $1 million.

Taking active part in the search for a buyer is protest leader Edna Pemberton, who issued an apology to Radnitz for this course of events, saying, "He spent all this money, he spent two years, he did everything right, and now we come along." Pemberton placed the blame on community members not staying informed of developments in their area.
