Ninn Worx exclusive Anais has opted out of her two-year contract one year early. According to sources close to the star, she felt “it was time to step back and take a break.”
Anais's porn pseudonym was given to her by multiple AVN Award-winning director Michael Ninn – it's the first name of the author that Ninn derived his porn pseudonym from – Anais Ninn, famed diarist and eroticist.
Ninn expressed his disappointment that Anais had chosen to leave Ninn Worx, but wished her well. "I will miss her," he said. "She started with me and Ninn Worx as one of our first contract girls, and I believe that she could've been as big as any star in the business. But I don't think the final chapter has been written on her and Ninn Worx."
Anais had been in Adult for just over a year, signing with Ninn Worx after two months in the industry. With the exception of some scenes for Suze Randall Productions, Anais had only shot for Ninn Worx.

Suze Randall Productions is distributed by Pure Play Media, the distribution company that distributes Ninn Worx and is partially owned by Ninn.
The last two titles featuring Anais, Ninn Worx's Faith: In The Garden Of Shadows Book Two and Suze Randall Productions' Ladies In Lust street next week.
Faith, the follow-up to Ninn's In The Garden Of Shadows, features Anais reprising her role as a mischievous angel, sharing scenes with Jana Cova, Alex Rox and Billy Glide.
"Faith was shot in Budapest and America," said Ninn. "I think probably the Alex Rox scene was Anais' best sexually, and the best visually was with Jana Cova. Her length and her supermodel beauty are just incredible to shoot.
"Anais was amazing to work with. She is the most easygoing, anything-to-make-a-shoot-good type of performer, and she understood that it was her vehicle, so she was always more than accommodating. I wish that all talent had her zest and her enthusiasm."
Suze Randall's Ladies In Lust, another high-end vignette title, features Anais as a high-powered female executive who takes advantage of her authority over Scott Styles, who must obey her every command.
"It's the typical Suze Randall reversal of traditional sex roles," laughs director Suze Randall. "Anais is a fantastic pro – she's great to work with and gives her everything to every scene. I sincerely hope she'll be back soon! She's one of the most truly beautiful girls I've ever shot, and she had the potential to be great. Maybe she'll come back."
