Nina Hartley Elected to AIM Board of Directors

Nina Hartley was unanimously voted on to the Adult Industry Medical Health Care (AIM) board of directors two days ago, filling the void created when Chloe, one of the board’s founders stepped down two weeks ago.

“Nina Hartley will be a great asset to our board. She understands our mission and also has the ability to spread the news about healthcares issues and sex positive information,” Sharon Mitchell, executive director of AIM said.

Chloe stepped down from the board to pursue other endeavors. As a founding member of the board, Chloe had served as Treasurer of the board since 1997 when the non-profit organization was conceived.

“She was a core officer. Her role in AIM was invaluable over the years,” Mitchell said of Chloe.

Dr. Mark Kerner is now treasurer.

As a board member Hartley will attend board meeting and vote on large issues that will affect the core of the foundation.

Hartley will attend six board meetings annually. Her first board meeting will be on October 27.
