Nikki Nova, a host of Playboy TV's "Nightcalls 411," remains in intensive care this afternoon after falling from a horse during a photo shoot in Arizona last Friday.
Nova sustained serious injuries, including a skull fracture, according to her webmaster, Adam Bouchaine. She is being treated at an undisclosed Arizona hospital.
Bouchaine indicated she does not have medical insurance and her family and friends are paying the bill. Friends of hers have set up a Pay Pal account for donations.
