News in the New Year at TranslationsXXX

TranslationsXXX started the New Year with quite a bit of news to offer its clients and partners: a new design, more services, and a partnership with another translations agency.

The most recognizable change is the new design of the website.

“We wanted to offer a more professional look with simple and basic colors,” says Mo, co-owner of the firm. “We added more pages to offer a better explanation of our services and to help our clients understand the mechanics of the translation business.”

New pages include a more detailed explanation of TranslationsXXX’s services and the packages the company offers, a FAQ page, a free-quote form, and a brief company history.

“In the ‘Software, Geo-targeting and Billing Solutions’ pages, we decided to promote products such as MPA3, YNOT Payment Solutions, GEO IP software, and anti-credit-card-frauds tools, which we think are quality tools for the industry,” Mo says.

He continues: “To improve the quality of our services, TranslationsXXX merged with Translate & Localize, providing additional expertise in programming, coding, and website design. Plus, [the relationship also allows] us to offer mainstream translation services.”

TranslationsXXX created six packages to serve the needs of everyone—from small webmasters who oversee only a few websites to big companies that require technical assistance with a large number of sites.

“During my conversations with clients and friends in the industry, I understood that people liked the idea of translating their websites, software, and products,” Mo says, “but almost everybody seems unsure about what to do when it comes down to communicating with foreign customers in a customer support situation.”

That’s where TranslationsXXX believes its Customer Service Support will be of help, especially its new live helpdesk service.

“By providing the platform to communicate, TranslationsXXX’s translators can assist customers in real time,” says company co-owner Ste.

The partnership with Translate & Localize, which is located in Europe, facilitates coverage of the gap created by the time zone difference between the U.S. and Europe.

“Having an office in Europe will guarantee a constant assistance to TranslationsXXX’s clients (almost 24/7) and offer our clients payment with the currency they prefer,” Ste says.

TranslationsXXX also is working with non-American webmasters to create a marketing service that will promote American websites and affiliate programs in foreign markets. The service is limited to only a few markets currently, although the company plans to launch it worldwide by the end of March.
