Ohio State Senate leaders sidelined statewide strip-club restrictions last week, saying they needed time to review problem language.
The bill would force adult businesses, including strip clubs and adult book and video stories – to close at 11 p.m., and to keep nude or semi-nude employees at least six feet away from their customers.
