New Frontier Media exec Michael Weiner was granted a postponement, for medical reasons, from giving a deposition in a petition for discovery filed by Colorado financier J.P. Lipson. Lipson, who filed a lawsuit against New Frontier Media in January, is claiming that Weiner and New Frontier Media CEO Mark Kreloff shouldn't be running the company. Weiner's deposition has been rescheduled to some time in May. New Frontier Media vice president Andy Brandt gave a deposition on Wednesday.
