BOULDER, Colo.—In a statement released today, New Frontier Media, Inc. and Michael Weiner have announced that they have reached an amicable resolution to their dispute concerning Weiner’s separation from New Frontier. The dispute arose in 2012, prior to the purchase of New Frontier by Larry Flynt.
Commenting on the settlement, Michael H. Klein, the current president of New Frontier, stated, “This was a matter we inherited upon our acquisition of the company, and one that we felt was in the best business interest of the company to put behind it. The settlement, which is not an admission of wrongdoing by New Frontier, allows us to devote more attention to growing our business, and is reflective of Mr. Weiner’s long-time service to the company.”
Weiner commented, “I’m happy to have this matter finally resolved, and I look forward to focusing my energies on a number of new projects.”
