New Company, Site, Webcast, Vivid Deal: Tera

She's now owner/president of her own production company; she has her own new Website up and running; she is about to launch her own new Web radio show; and, she has a new deal with Vivid for releasing her features over the next two years. Tera Patrick is one busy lady now, but it is the kind of busy she can live with and then some.

"It took about a year, and we're still putting it together," Patrick told AVN.com about the new company, Teravision, and all the other activity. "It's taken me all this last year. I kind of laid low to just get myself in the best shape I've ever been physically, emotionally, business-wise. But all the right people came together and sought us out and I'm ready to go."

Those people include Vivid and ClubJenna.com, which has signed a deal with Teravision to manage its Websites including OfficialTeraPatrick.com.

Teravision "is a production company where she's going to be shooting feature films, adult movies, Web content, photo shoots, layouts, magazine layouts, everything production," said Patrick's husband, Evan Seinfield, who will use the name Spider Jones from now on for adult projects. "With her merging with Vivid for the release of her features for the first two years, we feel (Teravision's) a true powerhouse company, it's fronted by her, being that she is the talent and the business. And with Steve Hirsch as her confidante, we feel that it's a win-win situation, it's a slam-dunk."

"The thing of it is," Patrick said, "I have a plan. I don't want to be working three years from now. But if I am, I'd like to be doing promotions and showing my face. I'm trying to get as much as I can behind me now, so I (can be) doing promotions and dancing and being live and running the company. I'm holding up good, I have good genes, those good Asian genes. And I get up every day and work out, and this is like a mental workout, too."

Jones described OfficialTeraPatrick.com as "in some ways, a megasite, because we have so much content of so many different things – porn stars, interracial sex, streaming Asian videos, the ClubJenna material. But the thing that makes this site special," he continued, "is that this is now Tera's home on the Web, her only Website."

Patrick will continue doing frequent live Web chats through Videosecrets's Flirt4Free, and is negotiating a deal to become a scheduled contract appearance girl on the popular adult chat site. But she is also preparing to launch her own Web radio show, Tera Patrick's Porn Star Pajama Party.

"We're trying to take the idea of a Web show to another level," Jones said. "That whole old time, David Letterman talk show format is played out. It needs to be more sexy and intimate, fresh and new, hip and stylish. She's going to try to have a wide variety of guests, from the big name porn stars to the people who think she's cool. It's going to be streamed live through PornStarPajamaParty.com as a pay per view, and it'll be free for all OfficialTeraPatrick.com members."

Patrick described the show as a pajama party in her bedroom. "It's me, and I have a bed, and I'm going to bring in anywhere from one girl to five girls," she said. "What we mean by sexy is, we're going to let the girls be what they want to be. Sometimes, the girls are going to be really wild, and sometimes they're going to be talking more, painting their nails, and things like that, and guys think that those things are sexy, too.

"We're going to be able to encompass all that," she continued. "It's going to be as wild as the girls want it to and the fans want it, but with talking in between, friendship. A girls' night out in the bedroom. It's a personal peek inside, you know, a girl's pajama party, but we're porn stars."

The show will launch in late March, though the exact night of live broadcast hasn't yet been determined. However, the show will be archived for free viewing by OfficialTeraPatrick.com members.

OfficialTeraPatrick.com, meanwhile, has what Jones called hundreds of brand new photosets. "She's doing things she's never done before," he said. "She's doing little voyeur cam things, she's doing amateur style-looking video, her very first girl-girl sets, real hardcore girl-girl. It'll be the only place to see her Vivid and Teravision features, the only place to see her doing anal, and it's all with a big smile on her face."

The site also features a fashion gallery "which is very softcore, and you don't see the bottomless, and fans have asked for that," Patrick said. "They tell me I'm as pretty that way as I am naked. I enjoy shooting the fashion, and the retro pinup the most, in fact. I get to go in and be a completely different character."

Teravision has plans to shoot over two dozen features this year and is looking for its first contract girl. Not to mention Patrick becoming the publisher of Genesis and featuring in the next twelve issues of that magazine, as well as her monthly rotation on KSEX's Contract Superstar, alternating with Carmen Luvana, Kaylani Lei, and Alexis Amore.

Immediately, however, Patrick's schedule includes shooting a "huge cover and centerfold" for Hustler, feature dancing at the Spearmint Rhino in Van Nuys on the final Friday and Saturday in March, and doing her first two features to be distributed by Vivid, Tera! Tera! Tera! (directed by Chi Chi LaRue), starring Patrick and Savannah Sampson; and, Tera Patrick is Flawless, starring Patrick, Nikita Denise, "and another big name to be named later," Jones said.

Patrick and Jones are also down to the final edit of a pilot for a reality television project with Epicenter Films, Rockstar Pornstar, "about just another day in the life many would dream of leading."

"I've got a great partner," Patrick said of Jones. "I wouldn't have been able to do any of this without him. He handles all the business, and I'm the face of the company, and we both make a great team…We went through some hard times, but we came out smelling like roses. I'm really happy to be here, happy to be married and working again, I'm happy to be in bed with ClubJenna and Vivid, I own my own company now, my own content. It was like starting over, but after everything I went through this was worth it."
