National A-1 Internet Inc., owner and operator of Video-on-Demand (VoD) sites HotMovies.com,VOD.com, Celebrities.com, and HentaiVOD.com, has announced the signing of more than 200 new content providers during the first quarter of 2005.
Among the studios added toHotMovies.com are Nectar, Kick Ass Pictures, The Score Group, L.B.O. Entertainment Group, Passive Arts, andCobra.HotMovies.com has also added classic titles, such asVCX’sDebbie Does Dallas.
“It’s our belief that for success in this market we need to present the widest variety of content and the most choices for the consumer,” saidJames Seibert, business development director forNational A-1. “The growth of our content selection has been astronomical. We are on the doorstep of becoming the number one VoD provider on the Internet.”
The latest additions bulk up the variety for surfers.
“We have worked hard to bring in more foreign studios likeGGG,Black Widow, andSEVP,” Seibert said. “And we have built an impressive array of niche material including fetish content from studios likeCalifornia Star and oddities likeClown Porn fromRAMCO.”
National A-1’s family of sites operates on the pay-per-minute model. To date,HotMovies.com has more than 20,000 titles.
