NBC4 LA Exposes LADOT Workers Making Porn on the Job

LOS ANGELES—NBC4 LA is reporting on an incident involving two uniformed Los Angeles Department of Transportation officers accused of taking part in a porn flick while on duty. The station also is reporting that the head of the city’s parking enforcement division, Jimmy Price, has known about the incident for two months but failed to discipline the officers. The LADOT has now opened an investigation that was prompted, says NBC4 LA, by its exposé.

A full report will air on NBC4 LA at 11 p.m., and there will be video, but it will probably not be an unedited version of the one you want to see.

That video, which is available on a popular adult subscription website the URL of which we do not have yet, "tracks the interactions of a porn actress as she approaches men in a range of work environments,” NBC LA reported on its website. “Various men in the film appear to grope her and perform a range of sex acts with her. In one scene, the actress jumps into the arms of an L.A. traffic officer, who spanks her and then fondles her bare breasts. A second traffic officer takes a few spankings from the woman, [and] then allows her to get into his official city car, where she performs lewd acts on herself.”

When questioned by NBC4 LA, Price said the men's behavior rose to an unacceptable level. "In my mind, and legally, yes, that's misconduct," the parking enforcement honcho admitted.

The television station also had gotten ahold of an internal LADOT memo that indicated Price knew about the incident two months ago, but failed to discipline the officers. When asked why, he said he had only seen photos, and not the full video. “We were not able to positively identify the individuals as employees," he said.

But NBC4 LA is reporting that the unnamed LADOT parking enforcement employees who provided the station with a copy of the sex video dispute that account, saying Price has seen it and was fully aware of the identities of the officers.

Amir Sedadi, the general manager of LADOT, was shown the video by NBC4 LA and responded viscerally. "It's absolutely disgusting," he said, flustered to the point of grammatical incoherence. "Immediately, we will conduct a full investigation. This is not acceptable to me.”

NBC4 LA also tracked down one of the officers who allegedly appears in the video.

"I don't know what you're talking about," the veteran officer said, and then jumped into his city car and sped off.

That dramatic encounter will probably be part of the 11 p.m. television news report. AVN is trying to find out the name of the website on which the video is alleged to appear.
