More Details of Alicia Tyler's Passing Released

VICTORVILLE, Calif.—Trevor Wilson, CEO of CST Management, which represented adult performer Alicia Tyler, released a statement Thursday afternoon disclosing further information about Tyler's sudden passing Sunday.

Tyler's mother found her unresponsive Sunday evening in her bed at the home they shared in Victorville, the statement reported. Tyler had been resting there since earlier in the day. Her mother performed CPR on her until the arrival of emergency services. After several attempts to revive her, Tyler was pronounced dead at the scene.

"A lot of speculation has been spreading that [Tyler] died of some type of drug overdose, but that information has not been substantiated in any way," Wilson's statement read. "Alicia has been in and out of the hospital over the past few months with severe stomach issues and breathing problems. Those who knew Alicia personally are aware that she has long suffered from bad asthma, which coupled with her more recent medical issues are the likely cause of her untimely passing."

Wilson continued, "All of us here at CST Management and subsidiaries are shocked and devastated by [Tyler's] death. She was a true bright star in our media development division. Alicia was in the midst of a career revival with the release of her upcoming biography as well as her new adult web-based drama series due out in January 2014. I would like to express not only mine but that of everyone here at CST Management's condolences to her family and to all those with heavy hearts in the wake of her passing."

Wilson said CST is setting up a trust fund for Tyler's 4-year-old daughter and will match all contributions to the fund with any profits from Tyler's work with the company.

Viewing and funeral services for Tyler will be held Wednesday, Aug. 21 and Thursday, Aug. 22, respectively. These services will be closed to the public, and the family asks that they be afforded privacy during this time.
