With eight years in front of the camera, Monique feels certain that she'll be able to make the transition to directing without a hitch now that Heatwave Entertainment has given her a shot at directing her own series
"I've been waiting for this for a long time. I've done a lot of research and I went out and got all the equipment I need to do this," Monique told AVN/com. "I want to showcase women in their best light. I think it's a lot easier for a woman to tell a woman what she needs to do on camera than a man."
"I've been around the block, so I pretty much know the angles and what people are looking for. I've been very observant on the sets - watching what people use," she said.
Monique isn't only directing - she's starring in the video as well, turning in a scene where she pairs up with Nacho Vidal for the first time. "I've wanted to work with him for a very long time," said Monique. "So it's a very hot scene."
Also appearing in the video are Obsession, Kitten, Sam, Angel, Mr. Pete, Tristan, Tony Ribas, and Kyle Stone. "I wanted to do my first video with black women. I know how hard it is for black women in this industry," said Monique. "I wanted to give them opportunities to work with people they don't normally get to."
Monique's Sexaholics has girl/girl scenes, anal, d.p.'s, double vag, A2M, and more. "I like sex hardcore, so I made a hardcore video," Monique said.
Monique's Sexaholics will be a quarterly series, with the first installment coming out next month.
