The pages aren’t yellow – they’re blue, like a blue movie. However, this directory isn’t about movies. It’s about finding good adult content for your mobile phone.
The Blue Pages, an adult entertainment directory for mobile phones, was launched earlier this year by UK-based Fun to Go Ltd. Fun to Go not only compiles and lists adult mobile content sites, but also design them for anyone with adult content.
“The idea for us was to provide a service for customers to find a single place, so no matter where you are, if you have a mobile phone and access to the Internet, you can find adult content,” Fun to Go’s Michele Maruca tells AVNOnline.com.
The Blue Pages currently hosts content sites from Spain, the U.S., UK, Hungary, and Canada, among other places, which offer a range of goodies like video, images, moan tones, animation, wallpapers, and screensavers.
Consumers can text “go sex” to +44 77 86 203 222 and The Blue Pages will be texted to their mobile phones for free. Producers can set up pay-per-view or membership fees for their services. Listings are based on an affiliate revshare or click-through rate relationships.
Don’t have mobile-ready content? Not a problem.
“If you don’t have the expertise or technology we’ll actually build, host, and manage your sites for you and list you in the directory as well,” Maruca says.
Best of all, the content is accessible anywhere.
“That’s the fun part: If you can find it and have a mobile phone that is Internet or WAP-enabled you can access it from anywhere in the world,” Maruca says. “We have people that access the site from Pakistan to North America to South America and all over Europe. Currently, the majority of users are from Europe, but we’re starting to get more from the U.S.”
