AIM's Sharon Mitchell says that she will issue an addendum to a letter that she sent out yesterday to the industry-at-large. Mitchell in her letter talked about an incident involving a director, a video company, and a performer's HIV test that needed to be addressed.
Mitchell: "I've had people screaming at me all night long. I'll be sending an addendum to the letter. I've gotten a lot of things resolved with the video company and the director. There was a lot of oversight. The company didn't realize there was an oversight going on his set. The director, of course, feels that I've breached his confidence as a friend. It's not about their feelings. This is hard for me. It's about sticking to things that we ought to be sticking to. I thought I had the opportunity to make a point to show that this is happening everywhere. This is not one isolated incident."
