LOS ANGELES – Director Mike Quasar has wrapped an ambitious production for Third Degree Films with the working title Big Boob Orgy. The shoot featured seventeen women and seven men.
“There are a lot of people involved, so it was pretty ambitious, but I think the most ambitious thing about it all was hiring eighteen girls in this business for one shoot and expecting them all to show up," Quasar told AVN. "All but one ended up showing, so it was a pretty good start to the day.”
Third Degree President Joey Wilson plans to release the movie in January. “In terms of money spent, along with Dreamgirlz, this is definitely the biggest budget we’ve ever dealt with, because of all of the great talent,” explained Wilson. “This movie will signify the sort of direction that Third Degree looks to be going in now. We’re not necessarily moving away from gonzo, but we’re seeing a lot of the consumer trends going towards specialty products — not features — because of their bigger productions.”
According to Quasar, the new movie centers on starlet Amy Reid, who is rumored to be in contract negotiations with Third Degree. In the video, Ried buys a lavish house in the Hollywood Hills but, unfortunately, she can’t afford it. “So she basically invites all of her friends over to shoot a porno…so she can sell it to a company like Third Degree and keep the house.”
Alongside Ried, the massive cast of females also includes Austin Kincaid, Ava Lauren Whitney and Britney Stevens, Rachel Solari, Brooke Belle, Candy Manson, Carmella Bing, Mikayla, Devon Lee and Rachel Roxxx.
“I was really going for a sort of house party vibe,” said Quasar. “But there were so many people, and [before the shoot], they just ended up sort of sitting around like they were waiting for a bus. Once we started shooting and the camera started rolling though, it was a like a whole different entity…it was really like something out of Caligula. A lot of the performers were telling me that they’d never been a part of something like that.”
Several performers backed up Quasar's claims. "It's definitely the biggest orgy shoot I've ever worked on," said Britney Stevens. "It was a lot of people and everyone was just doing their own thing...I got to work with about seven guys on the shoot, all of whom I wanted to work with. They were great performers. Mike is a really good director. He's pretty laid back, but will give a lot of direction if you need it."
“In terms of wall-to-wall stuff, Mike is pretty much the best out there,” added Wilson. “He’s a phenomenal director and he did a phenomenal job on this movie.”
