NORTHRIDGE, Calif.—Metro Interactive announced Wednesday that its Loaded Digital line is being re-launched and re-branded as the company's imprint for high-end "alt" releases, with director Rob Rotten slated to helm three titles under the label between now and September.
Rotten's first title for the new Loaded Digital will be Sperm Sponges 2, a sequel to his very first release through the company. Already in production, it stars Hillary Scott, Jackie Lin, Vicki Chase, McKenzee Miles and Trisha Oaks.
"Rob's ambitious Loaded Digital project slate includes titles destined to be classics," said Metro special projects manager Alexandra Taylor. "His films are a perfect match for Loaded Digital's new direction and we expect big results from his twisted vision."
The other two projects Rotten has planned are a new volume of his Scurvy Girls series and a parody of Tim Burton film Beetlejuice titled Beetlejizz.
"Epic productions to come!" said Rotten. "I am stoked to be back at Metro and shooting for the infamous Loaded Digital line. Expect some cult classics to be rolled out this year!"
