The Washington City Paper has run a story in its current issue (Aug. 5-11) about VCA Pictures director Eon McKai and the influence he’s drawn from the punk-rocker whose name he borrowed (with slight alteration), Ian MacKaye.
The story includes quotes from both McKai and MacKaye, as well as a side-by-side comparison of the two in a number of areas.
McKai recently released Kill Girl Kill 2 through VCA Pictures.
