Sin City announced the release of a hardcore trailer today for the most decadent Mayhem XXX title to date, Dementia, from legendary gonzo director Jim Powers.
Featuring perverse latex and bondage fantasies, Dementia is a catalog of debauchery, according to Mayhem XXX.
"I wanted to create something so outrageous, so extraordinary, that you literally wouldn't be able to take your eyes off of it for a minute," declared Scott Justice, Sin City's general manager.

"I called Jim Powers and conveyed to him what it was that I was looking to make, and then let him loose. What he came back with…is beyond anything that had imagined we could create."
Dementia, which essentially follows Aurora Snow through a fantasy world of submission and willing violation, also features Sin City contract star Hannah Harper, performing a double-penetration scene with Seth Dickens and Spanish male performer Marco.
"Sin City offered me the chance to create my vision without the traditional restraints, such as budget concerns,” said Powers. “This movie has several multiple-guy scenes, cum swapping, ass-to-mouth, plus other guilty pleasures. There is something to satisfy every perversion one can imagine."
Shot in five locations over several days, Dementia is “a lavish celebration of the sexually profane and the vulgar," offered
Sin City publicist Devan Cypher. "It's the most lascivious gonzo creation Powers has made to date.”
“Jim Powers did a phenomenal job,” said Sin City creative director Mark Snyder. “He significantly raised the bar for other gonzo directors with this movie."
In addition to Sin City contract stars Aurora Snow and Hannah Harper, Dementia also features Katja Kassin, Daphne Rosen, Vanessa Lane and Gia Paloma.
