CHICAGO – Mary Carey Productions has combined with lifestyle social networking site SwappWatch to unveil an exclusive line of watches. The company offers a line of Swiss-Scandinavian-Danish watches with one common theme — the lifestyle logo, Erec, symbolizing desire, connection and discretion. The Mary Carey design will have the logo of her production company on the watch.
Carey will host Swingfest 2008 from July 31-Aug. 3 in Hollywood, Florida. Among the booth exhibitors at the event is SwappWatch. The company will also have a booth at the upcoming AVN Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas.
Carey will also be seen in the upcoming VH1 reality series “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.” The series follows Brigitte Nielsen, Chyna, Daniel Baldwin, Jeff Conaway, singer Jessica Sierra, “Family Matters” star Jaimee Foxworth, Crazy Town singer Seth “Shifty” Binzer, and Carey as they undergo detoxification and treatment at a Los Angeles center.
“The show is so good, I’m pretty hilarious in the first episode,” Carey told AVN. “I showed up drunk, because I thought it would make for good ratings, and I brought along all my Doc Johnson dildos and fake pussies. They immediately told me I’d have to get rid of all of them.
“I originally roomed with Chyna, but Brigitte Nielsen wanted to room with her, and I wanted to room with Jessica [Sierra] and Jaimee [Foxworth] so we switched around. It was pretty funny because Chyna, Jessica, Jaimee and I have all done porn, and I’m the only one that’s not ashamed of it. Jessica told me all about how much she got paid to shoot her movie. Dr. Drew said that unless I quit porn, I wouldn’t be able to quit drinking, and I really disagree with that. Porn was the only industry that he singled out. I mean, Shifty is a crackhead and Dr. Drew didn’t say anything about him quitting the music industry to get off of crack.”
'Celebrity Rehab' premieres Jan. 10 at 10 p.m. but VH1 is currently previewing the first episode at www.vh1.com.
