Mark Hamilton Resigns from LFP, Flynt Takes Reins of Hustler Video

LFP Video Inc. Executive Vice President Mark Hamilton announced his resignation today. He is the second high-level executive in the organization to resign in the past two weeks. Former President Jim Kohls resigned on Jan. 12.

“I have resigned from LFP Inc, effective January 21st after three rewarding years with the company," Hamilton said in a statement. "I have made this decision in order to pursue further challenges.

“I wish LFP every success, and I am confident that the company is in an excellent position to continue to thrive in the future.”

LFP and Hustler Video founder, Larry Flynt, agreed, saying that Hamilton's departure will "not at all" affect the day-to-day operations.

"I'm running the video department myself and will be until I've found somebody that I'm satisfied with turning it over to," Flynt told AVN.com Friday afternoon, offering no timetable on the transition.

"As long as it takes. We're looking at people in the industry, both mainstream and adult, and eventually I'll decide on someone."

Flynt said even though both Kohls and Hamilton, two key employees, have recently moved on that the executive operations are functioning just fine.

"It doesn't affect it that much," he said. "Donna Hanner is the Executive VP of Publishing and Jim Chamberlain is the Chief Financial Officer and he's taken on some additional responsibilities himself, along with everything I am doing. There are also a lot of middle management people who are doing a phenomenal job.

"We hope to have a couple key people on board within the next couple weeks."
