Dr. Mark Henrickson, director of the Northeast Valley Health Corporation in Panorama City, has said that, due to the possibility of legal action involving Marc Wallice's HIV test results, he [Henrickson] has had his copies of those tests removed from the premises to a safe storage facility. However, upon a verbal request from Marc Wallice, Henrickson will retrieve those tests for inspection by Wallice and any parties Wallice agrees to have with him.
At the source of the HIV controversy is a Wallice ELISA test in AVN's possession. It's dated 3-30-98 and lists the testing address as 14860 Roscoe Blvd. Suite 205, Panorama City. Dr. Henrickson said that it's "highly unlikely" that a test on that date was administered from the Roscoe Blvd. address since the clinic had moved a year earlier from that location. Wallice tests negative on the 3-30-98 test, yet on April 5, a DNA test shows him with a viral count over 100,000 units.
AVN legal editor Mark Kernes is scheduled to interview Wallice today concerning the circumstances surrounding Wallice's role in the Brooke Ashley lawsuit. Kernes has interviewed the other parties named in the action including Sharon Mitchell, Kevin Beech, Cash Markman, Rob Spallone and Dan Beck. Kernes' story will be released pending the outcome of the Wallice interview.
