Gay adult DVD rental website MaleBoxDVD.com announced its acquisition of Delivermale.com in a March 29 press release.
The takeover makes MaleBoxDVD.com one of the largest websites of its kind.
“This purchase is a great thing for existing and new members, as well as all the affiliates,” said Martha E. Flores, founder of MaleBoxDVD. “It gives us an opportunity to immediately double our premium titles from such studios as Falcon, Titan, and Channel 1 Releasing.”
“With this purchase MaleBoxDVD will be the Number One gay adult rental source,” said William Canu, founder of Delivermale.com. “Customers will be getting a great deal for their dollar.”
Delivermale’s clients will be rolled into MaleBoxDVD’s membership and will be served by the company’s distribution centers on both coasts.
"MaleBoxDVD.com’s unwavering stand in promoting safe sex will extend to Delivermale.com’s inventory," Flores said. "All current bareback titles will be deactivated and no longer available. We will continue to offer pre-condom classics.
“Before launching MaleBoxDVD.com, we knew we could not in good conscience promote unsafe sex on the site,” Flores continued. “And no matter how big we get, the commitment to safe sex will always be a cornerstone of our philosophy.”
MaleBoxDVD.com also sets aside a percentage of its revenues to be donated to HIV/ AIDS service organizations around the country.
