Almost six months after it was first announced on AVN.com, Made in Mexxxico, the south of the border hardcore series from Trampas Video, is going out to distributors. It ships from Old Pueblo Distribution, DVD only, with a street date of Monday, April 5.
This is the first Trampas release, according to owner Arnold Stein, and was originally slated to go out in January. But, he told AVN.com, “I didn’t want to rush it. I wanted it to be perfect.
Shot entirely in Chihuahua, Mexico, the first volume has five scenes with “all exclusive, never before seen” Mexican women. Stein calls them “100% pure Mexican,” all natural and unshaven. They speak only Spanish, but English is supplied by the one male performer, who is bilingual.
Stein believes he’s found a niche just waiting to be filled. He said the first wave of interest came from non-Latino audiences, but that it’s also doing well in the big Latin-American markets in Texas, Arizona and Southern California. Distributors in the New York area have also shown interest, due to the Northeast’s sizeable Hispanic population.
