Her estranged late husband sent a British porn magazine semi-nudes of her without her permission, so a mother of two children has won considerable damages from the magazine.
Reuters says Kerry Kirby's attorney told the London High Court how her estranged husband, David, sent the photographs to Fiesta after their relationship ended in 1993. Testimony indicated neighbors taunted and abused the woman after Fiesta published four photographs of her in their "Black Label" edition in 1996.
But before his death - though Reuters did not say when David Kirby died - he gave his wife's consent fraudulently to the magazine, and then told her children about the photographs.
The magazine's publishers have apologized to Mrs. Kirby.
