MO Amendment Would Hunt All E-Porn, Not Just Child

– An anti-spam bill up for consideration in the Missouri House of Representatives would let state law enforcement hunt down all Internet porn and not just child porn, if it passes with an amendment attached by Rep. Wayne Henke (D-Troy).

Henke's amendment was a kind of addition by subtraction – he simply removed the world "child" from one paragraph in the anti-spam bill, meaning Missouri's attorney general could chase down all cyberporn.

"There is a lot of pornographic material coming across the Internet," the lawmaker said when introducing the amendment on the floor of the House. "I want to give the attorney general of this state enough legal tools to pursue any unwanted material such as this, especially when children have access to it."
