MEXICO MAY DEPORT "FOREIGN" STRIPPERS

Authorities here say 29 foreign "erotic dancers" have been accused of stripteasing without work permits and might be deported.

Reuters says the women were caught performing "lucrative activities" while in the country on tourist visas - a violation of Mexican immigration law.

The women are said to be European women, but Reuters says their home countries were not listed. They worked for the Men's Club, a nightclub in Mexico City's popular Pink Zone tourist district, Reuters says.
