VAN NUYS, Calif. - Industry veteran Lorraine Weinberg has joined the Sunshine Films sales team.
Weinberg comes to Sunshine after 19 years with Leisure Time. Prior to that, she worked at VCA and with Ruby Gottesman.
“It’s a big change after so many years at the same company and I’ll miss my co-workers," said Weinberg. "But I have known [Sunshine owners] Yosef and Rita for years and some of the other members of the staff, so it’s like joining old friends. I’m hoping to be a part of the Sunshine family for a long time."
Sunshine Films is also home to the Odyssey Group Video and the All Good Video catalogs, and offers nearly 9,000 titles.
“We’re very excited to have someone with Lorraine’s background here," said Yosef. "The Leisure Time and Sunshine lines have a similar customer base, so having her perspective on the customers in today’s market will be a fresh change for us.”
