LiveCamNetwork Launches MyDreamCam.com Pilot

Billing, live video and audio streaming Website creator 2much.net launched the pilot site for their LiveCamNetwork Affiliate Performance Program this week, MyDreamCam.com.

MyDreamCam.com is an adult chat site dedicated to entertainment for adults. It addresses itself to a mature clientele who are not looking for pornography as a priority, but rather a friendly and regular relationship with the model of his or her choice. It was launched in February 2004, inspired by the fact that many adults attracted by sex are not necessarily consumers of pornography or hardcore as it is actually available on the Internet at large. The folks at 2much.net are hoping that it will become a new business model for Websites, as it offers Webmasters a way to profit from the Internet market without the trouble of direct hands-on managerial duties or being linked with the “adult” industry.

“To my best knowledge, this program is unique because it is open to outsiders and not uniquely reserved to specialists already in the industry,” 2much.net partner Jean-Paul Bordus told AVN.com. “This is not a referral program. Investors buy units of new Websites, and in this way are affiliated.”

The LiveCamNetwork Affiliate Performance Program is a string of new sites set up on their LiveCamNetwork 1.9 software. Each site is parceled into 20 units, which are then sold to customers who become affiliates and profit from revenue generated by the site in amounts equivalent to the number of units purchased. The next site, www.SerenaCam.com, is already running and waiting for a few more affiliates to close the package.

“I don’t think there are other investment opportunities of this sort – where you will make money by way of simply buying into a Website you do not need to operate yourself. The simplicity of the operation, the transparency of results, professional design and service, all the ingredients are there; [investors can] profit from revenues generated by this industry – for many a taboo industry – without having to accept its excesses.”
