A live domain auction presented by Moniker is scheduled for 2:30-6 p.m. PT Wednesday as part of the T.R.A.F.F.I.C. West Domain Conference and Expo. Organizers said they expect "several million dollars in high-profile domains to change hands."
Among the premium adult entertainment-related domains on the block are Porn.com (reserve price $5 million), Naked.com, (reserve $1 million), Housewives.com (reserve $250,001), Blow.com (reserve $50,001), Homosexuals.com (reserve $25,001), Lick.com, Males.com, Lesbo.com, Boob.com, Coed.com, Tight.com, Gags.com, FirmBody.com, Shaft.com, Model.net, FreeSex.info, and Cam.mobi. Moniker's most recent live domain auction occurred during Internext in January. During that event—the first of its kind at an adult-industry trade show—domains including SheMale.com ($525,000), BDSM.com ($295,000), InterracialSex.com ($150,000), HandJob.com ($90,000), KinkySex.com ($88,500), and GayPride.com ($60,000) sold for a total of nearly $2 million.
Another live domain auction presented by Internext and Moniker is slated for the trade show's summer event, Aug. 3-5 in Hollywood, Fla.
A silent domain auction connected with the live auction at T.R.A.F.F.I.C. continues online through March 14.
