CHATSWORTH, Calif.—The AVN Award-winning, multitalented adult star Lisa Ann is adding the title of director to her already long list of credits. The busty MILF has signed on as the latest director in Jules Jordan Video's all-star stable.
After first breaking the news on Twitter late last week, Lisa Ann visited the AVN offices to talk about her directing gig among other projects she's working on, including her forthcoming biography. If you know anything about Lisa Ann, you know she doesn't take a minute to rest.
"I'm Jules Jordan's newest director!" Ann told AVN. "I'm producing and directing all the content myself. I'll be doing one movie a month and I've already shot two. I'm just really starting to get into it. It's interesting how once you start thinking like a director, where the inspiration in your life comes from."
As an example, she related a story about seeing a group of good-looking movers, which she turned into a gangbang scene.
Her directorial debut, MILF Revolution, streets Aug. 5, and stars Ann in every scene, along with Katja Kassin, Capri Cavanni, Raquel Devine and Jayden Jaymes. In the movie Cavanni appears in her first b/b/g scene and Ann and Kassin both get d.p.'d in the same scene.

Ann explained that one of the great things about directing is being able to hire the talent she used to represent as the owner of Lisa Ann's Talent Management.
"In each of my movies I'd love to hire one to four people I used to represent," she said. "So I'm bringing back the people I love that were so good to me when I had my agency. Jules is giving me free reign to write and do these things, so I'm thrilled."
Jordan and Ann's relationship goes back a number of years. They are both from the same area in Pennsylvania, and she's been a mainstay signing at his booth at the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo (AEE). The pair also has worked together numerous times.
"I've just always enjoyed working for him," Ann said. "Jules is someone that's always supported me and we've grown close over the years. I know that he believes in me and my ability to put out good movies, so it's nice to work with someone like that. It's a good partnership."
Ann described Jordan as being very instructional and hands-on, guiding her through the process, even down to selecting the box cover art.
"Jules being hands-on is important to me, not only because I'm new to directing, but because he also knows what sells, so I still do need to lean on him a little bit," she said. "I'm more dialogue driven than he is, and he's more tease oriented than I am, so it's this nice back-and-forth we have."
Lisa Ann's Blackout is the second title under her banner to street, and fans will be happy to know Ann performs in an interracial gangbang with male performers Julius Ceazher, Ice Cold, Wesley Pipes, Nat Turnher and Mark Anthony. It also features her first-ever scene with Wesley Pipes, in which she performs an anal cream pie.
Future projects include a school-themed shoot with Riley Reid and Kendra Lust, along with a secret project that brings some popular MILFs back into the business, including gangbang queen Houston, titled MILFs Illustrated.
While Ann plans to be in all her movies, she still plans to continue working with other companies as well.
"I know fans get a little nervous about that kind of thing, so I want to reassure them that I'm not going anywhere," she said. "There will be a time when I don't want to do scenes anymore, but that time's not now."
Ann also wanted to remind everyone that her GoFundMe.com page for male performer Lucas Stone is still going strong with close to $4,000 raised towards the goal of $5,000.
Stone suffered a stroke in March and needs assistance with physical therapy, medical supplies and equipment. Ann reports that it's unlikely he'll be able to shoot scenes again. Contribute to the fund here.
